Try counting the squares.

Open only the drawers that correspond to the diagram squares the upwards arrow lands on.

If you've done it correctly, the water cooler will have spontaneously emptied on the floor.

Does the configuration of keys remind you of something?

Tap those keys that correspond to the squares in the logo where the BLUE (not red) line lands.

That would be the first key of the first column, the second and third of the second column, the second and fourth of the third column, and the fourth of the fourth column.
